Refund and Returns Policy

At Okta Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help make the return process smooth and straightforward.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags, seals, and labels intact
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Makeup or skincare products that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at hello.okta4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [support email or form link].

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging.
